Funny Bones Whisky
Funny Bones Whisky was created in collaboration with Broken Bones Distillery and I honestly couldn’t be prouder of it. John Denhof and I are both huge whisky lovers, and what started as one spontaneous idea somehow turned into a real story. A huge part of the credit also goes to the owners of Broken Bones Distillery — who built an internationally recognized brand from a small Slovenian distillery.
About the whisky
This is a premium single malt whisky that spent additional maturation time in barrels previously used for the first Slovenian Broken Bones Rum. The result? Notes of vanilla, caramel, tropical sweetness, tons of character, and just the right amount of “dangerous” energy.
Launch premiere
The premiere launch was exactly what I always hoped for — lots of laughter, amazing people, great music, and the kind of atmosphere that makes you check your phone the next morning with a little fear. 😄
Limited edition
Funny Bones Whisky is a limited edition release — only 250 hand-numbered bottles exist. And because Slovenians are apparently very organized, a quarter of the entire series sold out already at the premiere event.
